My experience with the Pepper vine Holidays was awesome. It was recommended by Holletravel.com along with three other travel agents. I was hesitating in paying advance to an unknown travel agent but after talking to Mr. Biju S there was no fear. The Tour was very nicely customize by him. Selection of hotels/resorts and their location was perfect.
One thing which impressed me is He was always in contact by asking whether trip is going smoothly or not. One more thing my tour was at the time of cash crunch i.e. demonetization, but as requested he agreed to take all charges through online payment mode.
Further, I shall also thankful to him for providing nice vehicle along with driver cum guide viz. Mr. Nitin who is a very nice person.

While planning Kerala Tour I was little bit skeptical for paying advance to unknown agent but after talking to Mr. Biju I became doubtless. Mr. Biju is so co-operative and taking followup during the trip. Hotels include Munnar Farm house, Jungle Palace Homestay at Thekkady are awesome but one bad incident at Dream makers houseboat. Driver Shaji is very nice person as he provided us details about each and every spot during tour and suggested nice place for food hotels and make tour fantastic.

The total trip was awesome. we stayed two nights in Munnar, one night in Thekkady and one day in Alleppuza boat house.The trip was designed and booked by Peppervine travels and Mr.Biju Sales executive received us at Ernakulam railway station and throughout the trip he was in touch with us by phone and asking about arrangements and food quality in hotels. Thank you Mr.Biju for your care towards the guests.The tempo traveller driver driving was very nice and he always available in time. Totally the first trip for Kerala was most memorable. Thank you peppervine and Mr.Biju the sales executive,and thanks to Hello travel for suggesting the right travel agency for our trip.

Has organised our tour very well. He took efforts to offer quotes with different hotels. He almost offered 8 different quotes according to our plans & selection of hotels.
He did arrange excellent driver cum guide Nithin. Nithin was able to communicate in Hindi as well as English at times. HE did have knowledge about places to visit & activities which we can do in a day. So we could enjoy elephant ride, spice garden plantation tour, periyar lake boat ride, bird sanctuary visit. He also tried to get as much as discount on jeep safari & other activities .
There was no hassle no hidden cost. He also showed really good local restaurants. We did enjoy the local cuisine veg & non veg specially fish curry was awesome. We were able to shop hassle free through local market because he was accompanying us throughout shopping also.
Which was big relief in communicating with vendors. Only houseboat experience was average.
Overall our tour was arranged very detailed & thoroughly. We did enjoy every minute from the moment we stepped into kochi till we waved goodbye to nithin. I would recommend Peppervine Holidays to my relatives & friends.

Hello, First of all I must say sorry since I could not say a word of thanks to you and your staff for making our Kerala and Kanyakumari trip a memorable one. In fact I had to come to Pune immediately after landing in Delhi because of my domestic compulsions. Anyways first of all I must admit that you had given us the package at very competitive/reasonable rates since I had finalized with you after contacting many tour operators. Actually Mr Muraly Nair also recommended your name after I sent him the details. And frankly speaking I could feel as per my experience that you will be taking personal interest. I was right since you gave us the hotels and other deals as promised by you. Hotels and Home stay accommodation was also as per your commitment. Even location of rooms was as per our request. All of us really enjoyed the tour from arrival to departure. It was nice of you to inquire about our well being from day one till our departure. I will not be doing justice if I don’t write a word of appreciation for Sudhish. I found him a very calm and professional driver. He was very punctual and did not expect any tips from us. He was sticking to the program as ordered by you people. Well, I will bother you once again if I am required to come to Kerala in connection with Aryuveda massage treatment. Moreover I will certainly recommend your name to my friends undertaking Kerala trips.

It was excellent except one day stay at hotel in Cochin during returning night nearby Air Port. It is my suggestion not to recommend that Hotel to anybody otherwise whole tour may be spoiled.

Overall experience is good, only we faced problems in Vehicle for travelling, drivers are not as per commitment that we have faced language problems and they unable to act as a guide for sightseeing. Another thing is that travelling time to be properly considered which spoils sightseeing timing.
