Day 1 - Cochin to Munnar
( 129 Km, 3 hrs 20 min approx )
Arrive at Cochin Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, our representative will meet you there and drive to Munnar, the place where the unfolded green carpet is waiting for you. Munnar is breathtakingly beautiful, a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's own country, situated on the Western Ghats at the height of 1600 metres above the sea level. It is famous for tea plantations.
On the way to Munnar you can take a halt at Devikulam and Devikulam Lake. Arrive and check in to the hotel then proceed to sightseeing like Kannan Devan Tea Museum (The Museum remains closed on Mondays), enjoy sights of tea plantations and visit CSI Church. Overnight stay at hotel / Resort.

Day 2 – Munnar
( Sightseeing within Munnar )
After breakfast proceed for a sightseeing trip of Munnar. Flower show, Photo point, Honey Bee Tree, Mattupetty Dam, which offers many fascinating sights to relish. At Mattupetty Boating and Speed Boating facility are available (at your expense). The Shola forests around Mattupetty are ideal for trekking and bird watching, with the variety of birds found there.
Later visit Echo point, Shooting point, Kundala Lake, Mountain streams like Kundala, Mudrapuzha and Nallathanni, Kundala Dam Top station, Overnight stay at the Hotel / Resort and experience the cool mountain air.

Day 3 – Munnar to Thekkady
( 89 Km, 2 hrs 50 min approx )
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady. Drive through panoramic western ghat hills covered with spice plantations and occasional view of water falls and streams.
Check in to your hotel at Thekkady. After that visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Periyar Lake (Boating facility available here), Murikkady, that provides a panoramic view of cardamom, coffee and pepper plantations or you can also go for Pandikuzhi, It is around 5 km from kumily, this place is ideal for trekking and is a photographer’s delight. Later visit Kadathanadan Kalari Centre. You can watch Kathakali show (evening show at your own expense). Explore the rest of the day along with the nature at your own. Overnight stay at the Hotel / Resort.
Check in to your hotel at Thekkady. Day 4 – Thekkady to Madurai
( 140 Km, 3 hrs 35 min approx )
After breakfast, we set out to Madurai. Madurai is over 2500 years old and is the second largest city of Tamil Nadu. Ancient seat of learning, the city is planned in the shape of a lotus.
Check in to your hotel at Madurai by noon. After lunch, in the afternoon, visit the famous Madurai Meenakshi Temple. There are four entrances to this amazing temple complex set in six hectares. Marvel at the truly majestic towers, twelve of them, pointing skywards at 45 to 50 metres. Later visit Hanuman Temple, Tirumalai Nayak Mahal, Gandhi Memorial Museum Madurai, sundareshwara temple, Puthu Mandapam, Raya gopuram etc and evening return back to hotel and over night stay at Madurai. Overnight stay at the Hotel/Resort.

Day 5 – Madurai to Rameshwaram

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Rameswaram.
On the way to Rameshwaram you can take a halt at Erwadi, Hanuman temple and Mandapam Beach Park. When heading towards Rameshwaram you cross Pamban Bridge, longest sea bridge in india stretching for about 2.2 kms, beside pamban bridge you can view Pamban Collapsible Railway Bridge, It is a great view when the train slowly moves over the Pamban rail bridge.
After reaching Rameshwaram check in to the Hotel / Resort then proceed for the sightseeing. Visit Lakshmana Teertham, Five faced Hanuman temple or floating Stone Temple (Here the stones used by LordRama for building the Adams bridge are put for display.), Seetha Teertham, Rama Teertham and Agni Teertham ( The Devotees enter Ramanatha Swami Temple after taking bath in the seashore of the rameshwaram beach. The Beach here is very calm with virtually no wave action and having a bath here is known as “Agni Theertham”.) Then Enter Ramanatha Swami Temple (As per Ramayana, Lord Rama and Lord Sita worshipped the Siva lingam here and hence the name Ramanathaswamy.) Over night stay at Hotel / Resort.

Afternoon visit Gandhi Mantap, Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekanada rock memorial (There is a ferry that operates at short intervals. In addition, admission must be paid to the rock temple. The two islands are open to visitors during the period from 7.00-11.00 and from 14.00-16.00 clock.) and Statue of Thiruvalloor. Enjoy Sunset from the tip of India. It still has a high status among tourists, who arrive mostly from Europe. The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse. Sunbathing, swimming, special cultural programs and catamaran cruising are some of them.
After reaching Kovalam check in to the hotel / resort. Enjoy sight seeing like Vizhinjam Rock Cut Cave, Vizhinjam Marine Aquarium, Kovalam Light House, Eve's Beach, Samudra Beach, Vellayani Lake where you can go for boat ride. Then return back to the beach and enjoy the serene beach sunset.

Day 8 – Kovalam to Alleppey

After breakfast, check out from the hotel / Resort and drive to Alleppey Houseboat, Trips through the backwaters cross shallow, palm-fringed lakes, and travel along narrow, shady canals where coir (coconut fibre), copra (dried coconut meat) and cashews are loaded onto boats. Along the way are small villages with mosques, churches, temples and schools you can view villagers going for their daily activities, traditional Fishing Operations and Lush Green Rice Fields from your boat.

Day 9 – Alleppey to Cochin

Kochi is the most popular, most modern city and business capital of Kerala more over it is an attractive tourist destination with lots of unique places.
Visit Lulu Mall Kochi,(optional) Asia's largest mall. Most of the International brands available in one place. Even small Wonderla type of amusement park is there for kids. It's a worth visit. Takes half day to cover whole mall. After that proceed to Marine Drive, a popular hangout for the local populace as well as the tourists. Then proceed to Fort Cochin. At Fort Kochi Beach, If you are lucky, you may glimpse cargo ships passing through the sea. Sunset with the Chinese fishing nets and sailing ships in the background, is a memorable experience.
Then get dropped at the Airport / Railway station and board the Flight / Train back to home with sweet memory.
