Booking Policy
For all the services , advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid 7 days before arrival but definitely before the commencement of the services.
Apart from above in some cases like hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel.
As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
All hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year’s eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason(s) we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:
- Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
- Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
- Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy
Our Liabilities & Limitations:
- Any monastery entrance fees, any joy ride or rafting would be charged as extra.
- Medical expenses and insurance of any kind, tips, laundry, liquors, wines, telephone charges, camera fee, guides, at restaurants and items of personal nature are not included in our package cost.
- Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses. We do not bear any responsibility to refund.
